Join us for the upcoming training session this Sunday, September 17th, 2023, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. The playing fields are located on Soi LaSalle (Sukhumvit 105), just opposite the main school. Please remember that all parents and guardians are required to exchange an ID card for a visitor’s pass at the entrance.

Rugby World Cup:

As a club, we want all our members to embrace the spirit of the Rugby World Cup. While many of the high-profile matches will be late at night, which may not be ideal for our younger members, there are also several games scheduled for earlier times. We encourage our players to join us alongside their parents in showing support for all the teams as a united community. Last Saturday several families came out to enjoy the Italy-Namibia match and we are looking at options to organize another get-together in the coming weeks so that we can watch another match together.

Age Categories:

Player age categories are determined based on their age as of January 1^st, 2024. Here are the team categories for the upcoming season:

Training Kit:

Details regarding club playing gear were sent out last week. Please fill out the kit ordering google forms page if you have not already done so.

We are a community-based volunteer-run club, and your involvement is crucial to our success. If you're interested in contributing by assisting with coaching or helping at the organizer's desk, please reach out to any of our coaches or reply to this email. Your support is highly valued.

Rain:

Occasionally, we may need to cancel sessions due to flooded fields. To stay updated, please remember to check the WhatsApp Announcement Group on Sunday mornings, especially after heavy overnight rain.

2023 – 24 Registration

Registration for the season is open. To register, please visit our website at www.bkklionsrugby.org and click on "Online Registrations."

Registration Fees:

1st Player: THB 5,000.00

2nd or Subsequent Player: THB 4,800.00

Please note: The registration fee for the 2023-24 season includes the following:

Rental of school grounds.

Provision for basic medical cover at the grounds to treat and assess any injury.

Provision of water, rugby balls, and associated equipment necessary for training and games.

One set of playing gear (jersey, socks, shorts, and mouthguard).

Exclusions: The registration fee excludes all external tournaments not organized or arranged by the club and the cost of any social events that may incur a fee. Local and international tournaments arranged by the club will be advised as required.

Important: Playing gear will not be distributed until full payment has been received.
